gluten since birth.  I have been on the Gluten Free and Dairy Free diet for over a year and a half.  So, I definitely know first hand the struggles of trying to find yummy food that is gluten-free.

If you are gluten-free as well and need some tips or have questions about certain food replacements in a recipe or in a regular diet, please post here.  I would be happy to help you in any way possible.

Eating a gluten-free diet isn’t actually all that hard.  At first it might seem a little overwhelming.  It was for me.  I think I was starving for the first couple months of being on the diet.

After a while you get the hang of it.  Now, I eat healthier than I ever did before going on the diet.  As a matter of fact I eat healthier than anyone that I know.

I’m not saying that I am one of those people who just sit around eating boring food either.  My diet is rich in whole foods now and I have cut out most all processed foods altogether.  I have more energy and vitality than I have had in my entire life.
